Fun With Packing...

While packing up the cabinet that houses my chicken collection, ran across a couple of fun items.

The first is an Avon hand lotion bottle circa 1960's...

But how do you get the hand lotion out...?

RIP OFF IT'S HEAD. Gah! I call it my Mike The Headless Chicken bottle.

Also, these two cuties, all the way home from Hong Kong. Sadly, crummy picture.

They are carved from Takua nuts from a palm tree. My favorite part is the rooster's human feet...

Also, this little shelf sitter looks just like our old rooster, Jack.

He's just so jaunty!
